| A: | Each apartment in Rania Plaza contains two bedrooms. Some apartments have a king size bed in the master bedroom with two single beds in the guest-room. We can configure an apartment to suit your needs, i.e. two king size double beds or four single beds. |
| Q: | Is there a kitchen and what does it contain? |
| A: | All our kitchen's are equipped with utensils for four people and there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer, cooker with oven. kettle for coffee/tea making. |
| Q: | Is there TV with decoder? |
| A: | Each apartments has a large flat screen TV with Orbit decoder in the living room. |
| Q: | Is breakfast included and can one order room service for lunch and dinner. |
| A: | We provide a continental breakfast package, tea/coffee, milk, juice, bread, cheese, jam and butter for four people the first morning. Lunch and dinner can be ordered as dinner deliverable from many outlets nearby in the area, we provide menus from several popular restaurants in the apartment folder. |
| Q: | Is there a telephone in the apartment? |
| A: | Each apartment has a telephone system for outgoing calls. Local calls are provided free. International calls are blocked, kindly contact the housekeeper for services such as fax, photo copying and long distance call. |
| Q: | How do I connect to Internet? |
| A: | Each apartment has an internet connection via cable. We can assist with configuration, please contact the housekeeper for assistance. Our Executive suites also have a wireless connection. Internet connection is provided free of charge. |
